AM manager Speak - a new phrase

Manager: "We're all in this together"

Translation: The DBA is working lots of unpaid overtime by himself or
herself this weekend

Note: If they say this and clap you on the shoulder or back then the
DBA is working unpaid overtime this weekend, plus working through lunch
and eating dinner out of the office vending machine.
