Done this exact thing using SQL 2k DTS and make use of Dynamic Properties -
to dynamically change your connections settings to variable db's.

Does anyone know the best way to create a script/stored procedure to attach
mulitple dbs once it has been passed the location of the dbs and the
logical name for them. Or know if such tool is currently available?
