I have some fool that wants me to script the database with data....

Basically he wants to be able to run the script in MySQL and it will give
him a pretty close copy of the database.
I have scripted the tables triggers procedures etc; but he wants the data
also...

Is there a quick easy way to do this, or do i need to export the tables to
csv.
