Hi,

I have installed sql server 2000 on windows 2000 server. I have 2
GB Ram. My problem is as follows

Before I click on the sql server query analyser assume memory usage
is around 29,456 mb. After i click on the sql server query analyser and
give a simple query. "select name from t1 " and execute it. It increases
the memory usage. Even after closing the application memory usage will not
come down. now it has increased 1.76 GB. if i shut down and restart the
system, initially memory usage will be around 27 mb. Can anyone of you help
me to sort this problem. Thanks in Advance
