Re: SQL Server vs Enterprise Edition

Re: SQL Server vs Enterprise Edition

I currently have a SQL Server 2000 SE running with lots of DTS packages.
I am planning on upgrading to 2000 Enterprise Edition but have the
following questions.

1. Will DTS packages in 2000SE load into 2000 Enterprise Edition
2. What's the max ram you can run on 2000 Enterprise Edition
3. Can you configure the ram changes within GUI or do you need to run a
back end process

Any information you can provide would be appreciated.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to track ODBC Connections in SQL
Server 2000. We have a 3rd party application that uses the same ODBC
connection for every process. I just wanted to know if there is a way to
extract more information from the connection such as ip address, user
logged into machine connected etc.

Thanks
