Thanks to all who answered. Jeff helped me figure this out. My one last
mystery is now that my reports work others can view them in a browser
except I can't. But at least it is up and running now.

Make sure the reporting service is using a domain account that has
correct permissions on SQL server.

Nope it isn't set for Integrated Windows Authentication.

Any other ideas??

Check to see if your reporting site in IIS is set to Integrated Windows
Authentication.

I've been playing with reporting services this week since they've never
been used in our unit before and I've run into a stumbling block. I can
deploy a report. I can browse to it, it says generating report and then
I get the error below. This occurs even on a page that does not access
any database tables. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this
error??

* Logon failed. (rsLogonFailed)
* A required privilege is not held by the client. (Exception from
HRESULT: 0x80070522)
