There is one more way of doing this - moving both DTS packages and Jobs from the old server to new
server if you move the entire server.

You can restore the backup of the msdb database from the old server to the new server. This would
help you move all the DTS packages and jobs from the old server to the new server.

If you want to move a specific set of Jobs, You can use Enterprise Manager to script the jobs
required and move it to the new server.
