By 'current tasks' if you meant 'Jobs', look up the MSDB database
especially sysjobs and sysjobhistory tables

I want to display this data grab it via coldfusion, put it into a file
that I can use to display via coolmon.

Which is a nice file reading desktop toy, so I can grab all kinds of
data through out my sites, and get updated...
