Thanks for all your thoughts...

Could some one tell me why following error is coming..

The media family on device
'F:\datamart_feed_extract\datamart_feed_db_200308140658.bak' is incorrectly
formed. SQL Server cannot process this media family.

How we can deal with this situation? I am still trying to restore
thedata....
