Are there any scripts or dts processes you guys run to help clean or be
notified of areas in sql server to clean or be erased?

I mean I am looking for scripts to help me be aware of obsolete data,
users/logins, tables, databases, so that I can help keep sql server in
fit condition...

also I have heard of defragging sql server is that safe to do?
