Mods (close but)

SQL Server Standard Edition can use up to 2GB of RAM. You must use
Enterprise Edition of SQL Server to use more than 2GB. As far as the OS
goes, I believe that you can use Windows ->2000<- Server (standard) for
installations up to 2GB, Advanced Server for 4GB, and Data Center 4-32GB.
Win2003 may hit those higher marks....
