I am trying to install Sql 7 onto a new server, but we cannot find the
licence key for the software.
Is the licence key kept in the database after sql server is installed?
I ask this because I have an install of Sql 7 on another server which I can
look at, and maybe retrieve the key.
Is there any way around this licence key problem?
We have an enterprise licensing agreement, but the only CD we have for SQL
7 needs a key.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys.
