SysAdminn can also use the profiler to see the statements. That should
be possible. I haven't tested this, but thought it should be possible.

You can create the stored procedure using the WITH ENCRYPTION option
which
encrypts the stored procedure's entry in syscomments. But, if the user
has
the appropriate access rights (system administrator, dbo, or create
procedures) he will be able to overwrite the stored procedure.
