I issued command
C:\>SQLSERVR -c -m

i am getting this error
C:\>SQLSERVR -c -m
2003-10-20 20:37:16.68 kernel initerrlog: Could not
open error log file 'E:\MSSQL7\log\ERRORLOG'.
Operating system error = 32(The process cannot access
the file because it is being used by another
process.).

How can i solve this Pls help
