While doing a BCP IN, I am getting following error -
DB Library error -
Attempt to bulk copy an oversized row to sql server

But all the rows are getting inserted completely, but I am surprised why is
this error/warning message.

Source and destination table structures are exactly same.

Could somebody guide me on this.
