RE: DB maintenance Wizard on an SQL Server 2005

When I go to Management, I see Maintenance Plans, and when I right click
on that I see the options for New Maintenance Plan and the wizard.

I'm using SQL 2005 Developer Edition (SP2.3159) so maybe my service pack
level is the difference. What SP do you have?

Subject: DB maintenance Wizard on an SQL Server 2005

I am trying to determine how to setup a DB maintenance plan on an SQL
Server 2005 Workgroup version. Yet when I look under Management, I can
find the DB Maintenance Plan folder but when right clicking to start the
wizard, I simply get two choices: reports and something else. There is
not a choice for wizard. Am I missing something? I installed
integration services so that is not the reason for the problem. Is
there a setting in 2005 required for the user to be able to see the
wizard. Is there an exe that I can run to start it manually or cmd
line? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
