Make sure the account the SQLAGENT run as have the read write permission on the other server.

Create a same username and password on both of the servers with Admin rights. Use that accout to run the SQLAGENT service. Should be ok.

I´m trying to configure log shipping between two servers that are not in a domain , but in a workgroup. I receive the message:

Unable to copy the initialization file to the secondary server XXXXX

Can anyone help me with this issue??
