There's no way you can tell what users have done unless you've setup some
form of auditing. If all your users are using NT Authentication, you could
check the Security Log (via event viewer) on the server and obtain a list of
users that had logged into the server at about the time you suspect the data
was deleted. You could then query these users and check what they were
doing.

You can't know unless you monitor it. You have to setup auditing beofre
problems happen. Have a look in SQL server log in case, but it'll not give
you any hint of who did what with the content of tables.
