Rob,
2 ways you can do this.
1. Open the package and save as a Structured Storage File. This would save
the file as a .dts file.
2. Try downloading the DTSBackup utility from www.sqldts.com and this will
allow you to do this with a lot of ease especially if you have many
packages.
