Check as well that your sql server accepts mixed mode ( both sql logins
and NT logins) ....if it accepts NT logins only and you are using sql
logins in will give that error( and vice versa) ...Good luck

Check you odbc connection either you have set it to a trucsted
connection
when it should be a login or check the server to make sure the trucsted
connection exists and is valid

Hi:
We are currently in the process of testing our
Webserver migration to Win 2000 and came across a
problem while setting up a ODBC dataserver connection
to the SQL database on USAWWWWBOXSTER2(WIN 2K)
servers. When I try to setup the connection on
WWWBOXSTER2 its giving the error message "Login failed
reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL server
connection" . Please advise!.
pls help as it is urgent!!
