You need to find the noise files for your server. It's in the
\MSSQL\FTDATA\SQLServer\Config directory. There are a number of noise.XXX
files - one for each language that you have installed for SQL Server. For
english, use the noise.eng file; noise.fra for french, noise.jpn for
japanese, ect...
