Saroji,
Change your database recovery model to simple and truncate the log file.
After doing this go to Management Studio and right click the database
and select the option shrink file. It will give you the minimum size up
to what you can shrink the file.
Select the appropriate log file size and shrink the file. This should
solve your problem.

Subject: Truncate Database Log Space
Dear All,
I am using SQL server 2005. I have one Database, name of
"Staples" This Database size id 25 MB only but this log
file
size is 4GB.
Now I have to truncate the log space bcoz my hard disk
space is very low. I cant restore other database also
when I
restoring other database its showing " There is insufficient
space in D:\"
I used " DBCC shrinkfile('Staples_Log',1) " commands
also
but
It's not reduced their size.
Please help me.
