Is there a faster way to change the sql collation on SQL 2000, than
rebuilding the master db?

If i rebuild the master db, do I need to do the same for msdb and model?

I ask this because I have a clustered server which I need to change the
character set and sort order on, and I dont want to re-install the whole
thing.
