RE: Changing collation on SQL 2000

Hi All,

I didn't know one could change the collation without having to reload. I
am currently presented with the problem of having to do this change. Can
someone please let me know or point me to a website that explains how
this is done.

thanx
meshal

HI Anthony,

There is no other way than rebuilding the master DB
and while doing that u dont need to do anything with
msdb or model.

But keep the backup of all the user dbs as well, u
would require it at the later stage.

Regards
Mandeep
