Active/Active Cluster....urgent!

Active/Active Cluster....urgent!

I am about to install a new instance on the cluster server.

Unfortunatly the current clustered server only has one shared drive 'S:'
(apart from the Q drive) which is on a SAN.

My question is, can I set up an Active/Active cluster using the same shared
drive, or do I need seperate drives.
I ask this because It is quite hard to get a a new volume from the EMC SAN
and would prefer to go with an Active/Active configuration if it meant I
dont need to get a new shared drive set up for the SAN.

Thanks for your help.
