RE: SQL 2005 Dimension failing and error is not helping

Vee,

Not seen this one before, but could it be that the attributes within the
join you're making between the Fact and the Dimension table are "related" in
the right direction... i.e. going From Fact to Dimension, or do you have
them reversed... ?
Are you using what "It" thinks are the correct attributes between the Fact
and the Dimension?
Is there a join there at all? Or is it "orphaned"... 'cept then it wouldn't
be available to be made into a Dimension presumably...?

Have you created the relationship in your DSV, and then made any significant
changes to your Views?
Have you tried right clicking within the DSV and chosen "Refresh" from
within the popup menu?

S'probably none of the above..... but y'never know...

Thanks,
