EM is essentially just running the script he is looking for under the
covers.. You will need to just create a new table (with columns in the
right order), dump all the data from the existing into the new table, drop
the old table and rename the newly created one to the original name.
I am curious though.. why does column position matter exactly? For
readability? You can pull the data however you want...

Subject: column first
Dear Experts,
I need to add a column in table but that should be in
first. When I added the column in table it's come to last but I need that
column as first.
I required script only.
Note : In that alter statement I want to add column
description also.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks & Regards,
