I have two tables

Table Name : ATCS
Composite primary key:
Atcs_article
atcs_ticket
atcs_wbc
atcs_shade

Table Name :- Reqn
Primary Key : - Rqn_reqn_num

Foreign Key Rqn_article
Rqn_ticket
Rqn_wbc
Rqn_shade

I want to delete all the corresponding records from the Reqn table
first,whenever any record is being deleted from the
ATCS table. Delete trigger on the ATCS table will be better to manage this
situation or any other way will be best?
