You will need to generate a new snapshot in order to get data set
replicated to the Subscriber. I would recommend you script out you
current Replication jobs or plan to drop and recreate your
subscriptions. Once you run the new snapshot, it will include all
columns on the Publisher.

Dear All,
We replicated (Transactional replication) some databases in
various geographical locations server. it has worked fine last one year
now
our
server will go to upgrade. The problem is..
1. How can I restore the replicated database in new server?
2. I have to up the same replication job In my new server.
3. If I reinitialize then what about my old data in secondary
database.
4. They added some columns also in secondary database I have to keep
the
same column with the data.
