Nope..Open up Visio db diagram > Database > reverse engineer

It will ask for the data source and some other settings - can't remember off the top of my head what they are right now :) Then it will import the tables into the diagram with the relationships.

But wouldn't I have to manually draw the relationships? I thought there
would be some tools out there to reverse engineer my DB.
