Daryl,

Under the Management tab you will find a Database Maintenance Plans icon.
Highlight and right mouse click on that and follow the Wizard's instructions
by clicking on the applicable checkboxes.

Let us know if you have a problem with it. You should be able to do all of
your basic maintenance from that Wizard.
