It *can* be done but with limited functionality. After groupwise has been installed and configured on the server set Support service -> SQLmail to be the default mail Novell settings. xp_sendmail will work, mail in DTS packages will work but alerts and job failure notifications *will not*. Also you can't build a list of members by browsing the address book for an operator like you can using outlook, instead each name has to added individually (P.I.T.A.)
