The replication system views and stored procedures show up in the
crystal reports database expert as objects available for selection by
users. I want to hide these objects, by using a revoke exec statement,
from users to (1) prevent clutter and (2) prevent them from using them.
I have written the script to do so but want to inquire from any of you
to determine if there is a downside to doing so. While my memory at
times fails, I guess because of old age, I think I have done this before
without consequences. Have any of you see revoking the user's rights to
these objects as a problem.
