What type of book are you looking for? I just used the Microsoft SQL SERVER 2005 Implementation and Maintenance Training Kit MCTS Exam 70-431 from Microsoft Press. This was a great reference self training guide to use to pass the 70-431 exam. Otherwise, SQL Server 2005 books online resources are extremely helpful.
