I'm with David -- SQL Server 2005 Administrator's Companion is a very
comprehensive guide to all things administrative about SQL 2005 and covers
some of IIS and Analysis Services as well as replication, using profiler,
management studio and the database engine tuning advisor. A truly worthwhile
book to have on your shelf.
