Is there some book somewhere like breaks this down if you have a Test
and Production environment? I am building a Test environment now. And
soon once the Production server comes, I will need to know what I will
need to do next to point the test to production.
Thanks,

Backup and restore your report server databases to your target server.
Modify your SSRS configuration to point at new server locations. Be
mindful that Reporting Services works best in default instance. Also
beware the you may have to cycle IIS a few times to refresh all of your
reports.
