Hi all,

I have a sql 7.0 server on windows2000 operating server. Along with sql
server IIS server also on the same machine. Lots of sites are running on
this server, which use sql server. when i do netstat command on command
promt. I can find out lots of connections and ports remained open for
eg:-TCP ws08:4603 SRV03NT4:ms-sql-s estabilished
never TIME_wait? why?

Due to this after some period my server becomes slow.

Pls give me solution its very urgent
