Are you sure that it is the trigger that is not working, or SQL Mail? I have had SQL Mail become unresponsive in the past. I usually had to restart the SQL Server service to get it working again.

Subject: Trigger not working
I created a trigger that fires an email when a certain condition happens. It was working fine on Tuesday, but out of nowhere it stopped working. However when I run my test database with the trigger in it it works. Any ideas ?
