You might have better luck if you sent a blank email to

oracledba-[Email address protected] to get on the Oracle list. The oracle list
has >100 emails per day. However, If you're on the oracle digest list, you
will get only one email a day with 100 emails all wrapped up in one nice
bundle. Some people prefer this. If you've just joined , you'll have to wait
till tomorrow to get the next oracle digest, then you'll see lots of Oracle
talk.
