You might be able to do this is the mailbox was open on a computer with MS Outlook, and you had a rule setup in Outlook to run a batchfile when it received the email.

Besides that, I'm not sure how you could do it

I have a blackberry and would like to be able to stop/restart iis, sql
server, or sql server services by sending an email to a dedicated dba
exchange account. Is this a pipe dream or could you actually code
