Shawn,
The DTS packages are stored in MSDB, unless you saved them as separate
files. If you restore your MSDB from backup, you should get your
packages.

Server went down and I had to uninstall and reinstall SQL. I restored from
backup and have my database back, but the DTS's are gone. Any way to
retrieve them?
