When running the following I get an error message below:
update sysxlogins set dbid=6 where dbid=1 and name <> 'sa'

Error: Ad hoc updates to system catalogs are not enabled. The system
administrator must reconfigure SQL Server to allow this.

How do I enable Ad hoc updates?
