I used ERWin 3.5.2 before and I know for each logical model you created, you can only create one physical model. This posted a very annoying limitation since we support multiple dbms platform (oracle, sql, db/2 etc). i.e. everytime the logical model get changed, we need to modify a couple of files to update the related physical model.

Recently I heard ERWin 4.1 offers the functionality of support for design layers, which means you can create separate local and physical models. Will this also offer the ability to created multiple physical models (one for each dbms) based on the same logical model? Please share your experience/insight on this if you are familiar with this new feature.
